Kitchen Cabinet Painting & Refinishing
New-kitchen energy without the renovation price tag. We degrease, sand, prime and spray your cabinets to a smooth, durable finish.
Replacing kitchen cabinets can cost $20,000 or more. Painting them delivers a dramatic transformation for a fraction of that. We remove doors and drawer fronts, label every piece, and finish them in a controlled setting with a fine-finish sprayer while the boxes are carefully masked and painted on site.
The secret is the system: a deep degrease, scuff sanding, a high-adhesion bonding primer and two coats of a hard-curing cabinet enamel. The result resists chips, grease and daily wear — and looks factory fresh. Want new hardware? We will install it too.

Kitchen Cabinet Painting FAQ
Still curious? Call 416-786-1621 or email info@coatformpainting.ca.
How long does cabinet painting take?
Most kitchens take 5–8 working days including cure time between coats. You can usually still use your kitchen during the process.
Will painted cabinets chip?
With proper degreasing, a bonding primer and cabinet-grade enamel, painted cabinets are very durable. Full hardness is reached in roughly 2–4 weeks; we give you care tips to protect the finish while it cures.
Can you paint laminate or thermofoil cabinets?
Laminate can often be painted with a specialty bonding primer. Peeling thermofoil usually cannot be painted reliably — we will tell you honestly during your quote.
Is the online AI estimate my final price?
No. The online estimate is a ROUGH estimate only, based on what you enter. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote after we see the project. Call 416-786-1621 for an exact price.
Can I supply my own paint?
Yes. Just tell us in the quote form. If you provide the paint, we remove the paint cost from your price. We will confirm the type and quantity needed ahead of time.
